We will be starting kids classes 2 days
a week on May 13th. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and
Thursdays at 4:30pm at the Providence location. Come take
your martial arts training to the next level (the ground).
Self defense is nothing to take lightly so please come check out
these classes and see what you're missing. Ages 5 and up
are welcome. If you have any questions please call

This past weekend
NG Havasu hosted it's first seminar of the year and had a great
turnout.
Tim, and Cody were awarded their blue belts and owner/operator/instructor Chuck Costello had his solidified. Thanks again guys I can't wait to come out again and check on the progress. Also thanks to DJ for letting me spin around on his YZ 250 (something I should never be allowed to ride again :) CB

Liverpool's Terry Etim took on Matt Grice Saturday in Manchester
England
at UFC 70. After weathering the early storm from Grice Terry Etim sunk a DEEP Guillotine putting his opponent to sleep midway through the very first round. Congrats guys and keep up the good work. CB

groundfighting tournament Team of the Tournament! Get in.
Can't remember the exact medal haul, but something like 3 Gold, 4 Silver, 4 Bronze. Despite the obvious problems with the event, everyone did the club proud. Special mention to the kids from our club - they genuinely displayed some of the most technical rolling I've seen in ages, proper mini ADCC stuff. |

more SUBMISSION victories for next gen. To start off the
competition year Jay 'Glimmer Man' McGuiness and Paul
'the Assassin' Sass both won at the Pride and Glory Event,
by armbar and triangle respectively.
A contingent of 10
Next Gen regulars took a trip out to Rio Brazil to train at RFT
Luta Livre for a month or so. I am sure all of them will have
improved a lot due to the trip.
Tomorrow over 10
guys from the gym compete in the Ren Bu Kai Submission
