Next Generation Kids (Ages 5-12)
This program is seperated into four distinct programs that offer individual classes specializing in each of these arts or disciplines:
 
Our goal is to build the child's self confidence, self-esteem and appreciation for self-discipline and responsibility. We want to allow each child to grow and develop at their own pace. By learning valuable techniques in each respective art, we hope each child gains the courage to attempt new and difficult tasks not just associated with Martial Arts but in other areas of their life as well. Most importantly we want to teach children that setting and reaching goals through hard work and dedication can be FUN!

Required Equipment:
BJJ: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi with NG patch
Wrestling: NG uniform, wrestling shoes (optionals)
Muay Thai: NG uniform, boxing gloves, shin pads and a mouthpiece.
MMA: NG uniform, boxing gloves, MMA gloves, shin pads and a mouthpiece.
 
ATTENTION: If you are bringing a child whom you are not the legal guardian of, you must print out a waiver and have that child's legal guardian fill out the waiver form and sign the waiver. Each child must have a completed waiver in order to participate: Participant Waiver
