Next Generation MMA offers traditional Muay Thai instruction. Our Muay Thai Program breaks down your training into TWO core aspects of training.  Technique Training and Body Conditioning.  We offer TWO seperate classes of equal importance to your Muay Thai training and development.
 
Technique Training:
We will teach you the full spectrum of striking.   You will learn to use all eight points of the body as meant by Muay Thai.  Classes will cover both attack and defense techniques using your hands, shins, knees and elbows.  Muay Thai is the most complete and effective striking system on the planet!
 
Body Conditioning:
It is important for each boxer to be in top physical and mental condition.  Mastering all the techniques in the world will do the boxer no good if he is too tired or beat up to implement them.  Our body conditioning training focuses on body hardening and building extreme cardiovascular endurance through wall work, bag work, pad work and partner drills.  

Though we do not require an individual to participate in both classes, it is highly recommended in order to get the full Muay Thai experience.  By dedicating a full two hours a day to your Thai training you will see true progression in your skills and body development.
 
Required Equipment: Board Shorts or Thai Shorts, Mouthpiece, Athletic Supporter & Cup, Boxing Gloves (14-16oz.), Shin Pads
