Hey guys my brother Zack came and stayed with me for the last 10 days to prepare for his fight (that was cancelled).  All I can say about this is anyone left in the OC not training at Tri Center MMA is mildly retarded.  After training with him over the last couple weeks his skills have come so far and his teaching skills even further.  I got a chance to train with Jake while I was out there for the seminar and he is also nothing short of a great MMA/BJJ guy.  Both of them display skills very similar to mine and they can teach them to others just as well.  Anyway I just wanted to say if you ever trained with me and were at all bummed that I left Tri Center is the place to be if you want the same quality instruction from a few great teachers.  Trust me when I tell you there are a lot of people out there getting "joked" out of there money in the OC.
