Save Trestles    Surfrider Foundation

 

Tri Center MMA staff made the short trip down to Rip Curl in San Clemente to support the Surfrider Foundation and their Charity event to gain support in stopping the extension of the 241 Toll Road into the San Onofre state Beach.  The event included live music, FREE Hawaiian BBQ, and autograph sessions by pro surfers such as Tom Curran.  Tri Center donated 3 sets of t-shirts and gym passess to the charity raffle to show their support of the cause. 

 

 

 

The Save San Onofre Coalition recently commissioned an independent public poll that found over 60% of interviewed people do not like the idea of a the toll road cutting through San Onofre State Park. To read the full press release go here: click here 

 

 

The day of the hearing, Surfrider and its partners will be arranging carpools and buses.
