Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a NON-CONTACT conditioning class designed for both men and women that focusses on many of the exercises associated with Muay Thai (Thai Boxing). This is not the typical Cardio Kickboxing class where you are dancing around throwing punches and kicks to techno music. In your workouts you will utilize punch, kick, elbow and knee combos in combination with plyometric and isometric exercises that will maximize your full body workout. This class focusses on burning extreme amounts of calories, core conditioing, muscle endurance and increasing your VO2 Max. It's time to burn calories, tone your body and most of all HAVE FUN!!
Required Equipment: Boxing Gloves (12-14oz.)
Wrestling
At Tricenter MMA our wrestling program is designed to teach you various aspect of the takedown, especially applicable in MMA competition. From Greco-Roman style takedowns to Freestyle Wrestling to even a fair amount of basic Judo throws. Wreslting is not just about bringing down your opponent, it's about controlling your aggression and instilling
determination and discipline during training. These qualities give wrestlers that extra physical and mental edge when competing in submission grappling and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighting.
