Next Generation MMA O.C. is run by Chris Brennan's younger brothers,

Jake & Zack Brennan who are both Professional MMA Fighters and have over a decade of teaching and coaching experience.

 

Next Generation Orange County offers various martial arts classes such as

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing & Kickboxing, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts and Kids MMA.  We have professional athletes and coaches training in and teaching all of our classes to ensure that you receive the proper instruction when learning techniques.

In our non-sparring classes you will train with the intensity of a pro without worrying about contact or receiving bumps and bruises.  In each class it is up to you to push yourself above and beyond your previous personal best! You are only as good as your last session!
