Next Generation Sports Performance training system was developed by Chris Brennan. We are dedicated to providing you with the best, most unique and effective training techniques available. Each and every program is tailor made for your specific needs. You will be provided with your own personal strength and conditioning program and nutritional guidance. Our goal is to increase your speed, strength, power and agility. With the experience of training professional athletes and competing at elite levels themselves, we have have first hand experience when implementing effective and proven training exercises with our athletes.
Daily training is for local athletes who have who want to get the
most out of their workouts. Our training sessions are one hour long
designed to utilize performance building exercises to maximize the
benefits of limited workout with in each week. Your training will be
different and exciting everyday, some of our daily training regimens
utilize cross-training techniques in areas such as martial
arts, swimming, running, biking, plyometrics, and much more. Come get
